Gary Tzotzolis

Born and raised in Vancouver’s Kitsilano area, I bring nearly 30 years of experience in senior management and construction to my career in real estate. Over the past 4–5 years as a Realtor, I’ve combined that experience with a strong commitment to providing honest, knowledgeable, and personalized service to my clients.

My background in construction gives me a practical understanding of homes, renovations, and the building process, while my years in senior management have taught me the importance of communication, negotiation, attention to detail, and getting the job done right.

When I’m not helping clients navigate the real estate market, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I’m an avid fisherman and hunter and a true outdoorsman at heart. Growing up in Vancouver has given me a deep connection to the area and the people who call it home.
